The Syrian war is a dire humanitarian crisis and it is entering its sixth year of conflict. While it is serious and leaving many families in need – from our perspective it is easier to feel information fatigue than compassion.
Insight:
1) People look away from tragedy and into their phones.
2) It is better to offer good and bad news to encourage those who give and also urge them to keep going.
Idea: Emulating smartphone notification boards at places our audience are already at for information about the war in real time, as well as offering easy ways to contribute.
